Your role:

Job Responsibilities:

• Process Expertise & Analysis
  • Serve as a process improvement SME for core enterprise processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management , Finance -AR/AP/R2R ).
  • Analyze process mining dashboards to detect inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Lead process redesign initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation strategies.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and ensure sustained improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.
• Technology & Data
  • Leverage process mining tools (Experience in Power Automate/Signavio/Celonis/UiPath ) for analysis.
  • Utilize SAP expertise to extract and interpret transactional data.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Power BI visualization , Power platform , Agentic AI knowhow

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in areas such as Data Science, Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Process Mining.
• Experience in large-scale ERP environments and hyper automation initiatives

Required Skills

• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Supply Chain or Finance processes in large enterprises.
• Process Mining: Ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas, automation and AI opportunities
• SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO) , S4 HANA.
• Tools and Technology Knowledge : Hands on experience in Process Mining Tools [ Power Automate Process Mining/ Signavio/ Celonis/UIPath ]
• Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis, KPI tracking, and scenario modeling.
• Improvement Methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and automation frameworks.
• Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders and present insights effectively.

• Short-term: Accelerates identification of inefficiencies and automation opportunities in critical processes.
• Long-term: Enables data-driven governance and continuous improvement across Finance and Supply Chain functions, enable AI Solutions

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
