Job Description

Develops and supports data acquisition and correction, support automation, database maintenance, applications for manufacturing semiconductor optical devices, and contributes by applying the developed database, applications in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Responsible for improving existing database applications and introducing new system to realize mass-production capacity ramp. Visualization of manufacturing data and anomaly detection both from predictive and post analysis from mass production database.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting and improving existing database applications and introducing new system to realize mass-production capacity ramp.
• Visualization of manufacturing data and anomaly detection both from predictive and post analysis from mass production database.
• Development of applications to support manufacturing.

Expected Background:

• Requires high school graduate or above with 3+ experience in IT-related field including app development, internet facility supports, and database development.
• Bachelors and 2+ years of work experience, Masters and 1+ years of work experience. PhD. no relevant work experiences.

Expected Skill:

• Developing and improving database of manufacturing data, developing and deploying software/application for automation and efficient operation
• Fluent Japanese speaker and intermediate English skill
• Experience of using Python, Excel VBA, SQL, JMP or commercial existing tools.
• Work experience in manufacturing fab.
