Business Line Manager – Screening Solutions | LATAM

We are looking for a Screening Business Specialist to lead the Screening Solutions Product Line across Latin America.

In this position, you will act as the key link between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing, driving profitable growth, customer performance improvement, and innovation. You will own the Product Line P&L, lead business development initiatives, support complex sales opportunities, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from Sandvik solutions.

You will work across Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Central America, influencing stakeholders, developing people, and elevating the overall technical and commercial capability of the region. Curiosity, customer focus, responsibility, sustainability, and a strong business mindset are essential to succeed.

What you will do:

  • Drive regional sales and business development for Screening Solutions.
  • Own P&L, forecasting, and profitability targets.
  • Act as senior technical and trusted advisor to customers and sales teams.
  • Lead product introductions, innovation initiatives, and value propositions.
  • Develop strategic customer relationships and grow key accounts.
  • Enable and upskill teams across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Dealers, and the Division.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in mining, screening, or mineral processing.
  • Strong technical background combined with business development experience.
  • Proven ability to influence, lead without authority, and drive results.
  • Fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM.
