Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making quotation, dealing with order and contract, coordinating with sales team, production dept. to meet customers’ requirements.
• Creating customer order in SAP system, send delivery note to warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining customer master data, credit limit information etc. in SAP system.
• Provide sales reports to ensure the accuracy of the report data.
• Execute and complete other tasks designate by superior.
• Execute departmental HSE responsibility.

Qualifications:

• 2 year’s working experience in Customer Service related, preferably in MNC.
• Good customer service orientation.                       
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, SAP).
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and patiently, good teamwork player.
