Market Analysis

• Analyze the visual health care and myopia management market. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Develop and implement plans to lead the market.

• Develop strategies to raise awareness of ZEISS's consumer eye care products in Hong Kong.

Education and Training

• Create educational programs and training for customers to ensure they understand the latest advancements in visual health care, myopia management, and ZEISS product and workflow.

• Develop visual health care and myopia management training procedure manuals, workflow, and course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.

• Conduct visual health care and myopia management training for our customers and distribution partners within the classroom, webinar, trade show, follow up and on-site coaching.

• Provide training and education on Ortho-K lenses to create a more holistic myopia management portfolio.

• Handle and provide training on ZEISS VTS devices and systems.

Public Engagement

• Engage in public education program/events to raise consumer’s awareness of ZEISS's visual health care and myopia management solutions.

• Build relationships with eye care professionals, academic institites and associations for collaboration opportunities in related expertise.

Product Development and Marketing

• Prepare for new product launch related to Myopia management and Eye care, collaborating with the team to prepare POSM and update technical information of existing products.

• Work with the team to develop platforms, promotional materials and campaigns for ZEISS's myopia solutions, utilizing various channels to reach target audiences.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on visual health care, providing insights to marketing, sales, and customer support teams.

Continuous Learning

• Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles.

• Participate in meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in related expertise.

• Share and educate the internal team about the latest information in the area of expertise.

• BSc in Optometry degree holder

• 2 years experience in ortho-k fitting

• Experience in working in a regional environment would be a bonus

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint for executive presentations and project management)

• Leadership, resourcefulness, good cooperation & teamwork, loyalty, reliability

• Able to work under pressure

• Occasionally travel as required
