Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain service reliability, and swiftly addressing any disruptions to minimize impact on business operations. The role is dynamic and requires adaptability to handle multiple challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and integration points related to ServiceNow platforms.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and interpret system logs to identify root causes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
