Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Benefits Technology Specialist must know the Ease platform inside and out. They are responsible for new system implementation, constructing company benefits for open enrollment, and are often called upon to provide technical support to customers or to provide training on their products.

Duties:

• Facilitate interactive system demos to give the client a firsthand look into both the employee and administrator user experience.

• Drive process and hold parties to timelines on new system implementation, involvement can vary by client.

­ building out benefits plans, rates, enrollment profiles and resources library customers maximize the use of system.

• Initiate vendor/carrier connectivity and assist with resolving discrepancies or kick back reports.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and be an effective stakeholder.

­ helping customers maximize the use of system.

­ advising available carrier/vendor subsidies to help offset cost of system.

• Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-implementation including expansion and issue escalation.

• Manage system updates timeline expectations with client to ensure open enrollment aligns with completion and review.

Required Skills:

• Creative mindset and technology savvy

• High energy, enthusiastic individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

• Are familiar with HCM systems and is adept at communicating technical concepts

(i.e., specifically, you have experience in APIs, is preferred)

• Are resourceful, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about client satisfaction

• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and disciplined

• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change

• A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail is required

Required Experience:

· Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits design

· Local market experience, preferred

· Valid life and health insurance license

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $75,000 per 
year.


Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
