Ausbildung und Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossene Lehre für Werkzeugbautechnik (von Vorteil) bzw. fundierte Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
• Kenntnisse in Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen, Schweißen und Pressenbedienung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Materialkunde
• Kran- und Staplerschein
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Gewissenhaftigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur Mehrschichtarbeit

Es uns wichtig, ein faires und attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Der Bruttomonatslohn (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.067,74. Eine Überzahlung aufgrund von entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist bei uns gelebte Praxis.
