Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a Reliability Engineering Team specializing in Dry Gas Seals (DGS)
Ensure technical excellence in troubleshooting, reliability assessment, and performance optimization of DGS applications worldwide
Lead and coordinate complex root cause analyses (RCA) for seal failures, performance deviations, and operational incidents in close collaboration with customers, Engineering, Quality, Test Field and Global Service organizations
Develop, standardize and continuously improve RCA methodologies, diagnostic tools and analysis workflows
Drive Lessons Learned processes and generate high-quality technical documentation
Work closely with internal interfaces to implement product design & application improvements
Contribute to the development and execution of the global Reliability Engineering strategy
Ensure professional communication and structured escalation handling in all customerfacing technical interactions
Engineering Degree, preferable mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dry Gas Seals, rotating equipment, compressors or reliability engineering
Strong technical knowledge in:
- DGS design and operating principles
- Root Cause analysis methods
- Industrial process conditions
Proven experience in leading technical teams and coordinating complex engineering tasks
Excellent ability to explain technical topics clearly in written and verbal form
High degree of ownership, structured working style, and proactive mindset
Confident appearance when interacting with international customers, service partners and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, digital analytical tools
Market and customer-orientated thinking and behavior (Customer Centricity)
Strong communication skills in English and German
