Our Supply Chain organization plays a critical role in delivering products and services to our customers by ensuring material availability, supplier performance, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Site Fulfilment Lead who is passionate about supplier management, fulfillment execution, and driving business performance through strong supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Partnering with the Best

As a Site Fulfilment Lead, you will be responsible for all activities related to the execution of direct material supplies. You will work closely with Procurement teams and Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and required documentation, identify and implement supplier development initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain material availability in line with manufacturing and project requirements.

You will be accountable for solving complex supply chain challenges, executing operational objectives, and supporting both short-term and long-term business goals. In this role, you will ensure fulfillment strategies are executed effectively, quality requirements are met, and customer commitments are delivered on time. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes while driving supplier performance and operational excellence.

As a Site Fulfilment Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading collaboration with suppliers and supporting relevant service providers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and required documentation.

  • Partnering with Supplier Quality Engineers and Quality Assurance teams to provide regular feedback on supplier performance and support supplier strategy improvements.

  • Cooperating with Suppliers, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality, and Engineering teams to define preventive actions, develop recovery plans, and monitor key performance metrics.

  • Providing visibility to internal stakeholders on supplier delivery plans, identifying risks and opportunities, and managing priorities to ensure manufacturing and sales plans are achieved.

  • Leading the execution of risk mitigation plans related to supplier constraints, manufacturing urgencies, and project requirements.

  • Coordinating with Material Management teams to support inventory optimization and material availability.

  • Partnering with Quality teams to lead supplier surveillance activities and ensure timely resolution of supplier issues.

  • Collaborating with Logistics teams to develop transportation plans that minimize costs and improve delivery efficiency.

  • Leading vendor recovery initiatives, supplier performance improvement activities, and accounts payable issue resolution.

  • Leading and driving continuous improvement projects that enhance procurement and supply chain performance.

  • Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory, quality, business, and reputational requirements.

  • Monitoring supplier performance and driving corrective actions to improve delivery, quality, responsiveness, and overall supply chain effectiveness.

  • Driving business objectives through effective stakeholder communication, reporting, and fulfillment management.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, or related business functions.

  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and business processes.

  • Have experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders within a complex and fast-paced environment.

  • Be a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Have a results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.

  • Have experience working with supplier performance metrics, fulfillment processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
