The Sales Manager is responsible for leading an Account Executive team focused on managing an existing book of business, retaining at high levels, and growing the base through retention and upsell. You will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting and exceeding planned goals, improving SMB client retention and finding unrecognized upsell opportunities through partnership selling and inclusion of Solution Engineers. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training and development of your salespeople.
