How you’ll make an impact

1.Customer complaint handling in whole process, organize, coordinate and follow up, ensure the problem is solved in time,  to satisfy the customer and meet CCRP KPIs; 

2. Organize the root cause analysis of customer complaints, track and promote the implementation of improvement and preventive measures;

3. Organize the root cause analysis for the quality issues feedback from site service, drive relevant functions for the improvement;

4. Coordinate with related departments to prepare external analysis reports, and complete the analysis reports with the support of other departments when the responsible departments of some cases are not clear.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above.

2. At least 3 years working experience in electrical manufacturing industry, good reporting skills.

3. Experience in GIS design or site commissioning is preferred.

4. Microsoft office skill.

5. Fluent writing and oral in English(GIS experience preferred).
