The opportunity

Chemours is seeking a (Senior) Account Manager to join our Thermal & Specialized Solutions business.

In this role, you will manage and develop strategic customer and channel partner relationships across Benelux, Germany and Northern Europe. You will work closely with distributors, OEMs and direct customers while supporting the market transition toward more sustainable cooling and refrigeration solutions.

This is a highly visible customer-facing role that combines relationship management, commercial leadership, channel management and strategic account development.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, OEMs and channel partners
• Develop and execute account growth strategies
• Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiations and contract renewals
• Identify opportunities for profitability improvement and business growth
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Sales, Marketing and Advocacy teams
• Support customers in evaluating and adopting future-focused product solutions
• Analyze market developments and customer requirements
• Represent Chemours at customer meetings, conferences and industry events
• Contribute to regional commercial planning and strategic initiatives

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Technical Sales or B2B commercial roles
• Background within HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, chemicals, industrial products or a related technical market
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Fluency in English and either German and/or French
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%

What we offer

Chemours offers competitive compensation and benefits, which vary by country and level.

As a general guideline, hiring will typically take place around the country-specific midpoint range, depending on experience, technical expertise, language skills and overall fit. Depending on the country, your experience and expertise the range runs between approximately €90.000, - and €120.000,-

Our hiring process

Our process typically consists of:

• Recruiter interview (+/- 45 minutes via MS Teams)
• Online assessment (+/- 100 minutes, online)
• First Interview with the Hiring Manager and business stakeholders via MS Teams (60 minutes)
• Final panel interview (~45 minutes)
