Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support to clients, analyzing system logs, and troubleshooting issues related to the Spanish language. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to the Spanish language. - Analyze system logs and identify potential issues, providing solutions to ensure system stability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with clients. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, issues, and resolutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spanish. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience with system log analysis and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in application support and troubleshooting. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
