As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system behavior. The position requires balancing development tasks with ongoing maintenance activities, ensuring that applications perform optimally across different client environments while adapting to evolving project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Familiarity with database concepts and performance optimization in SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and working with various SAP modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
