As a Customer Banking Specialist, you’ll
Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice
Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products
Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify any changes
Educate and demonstrate of our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers
Problem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures, driving our risk-adverse culture
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be:
Responding to customers transactional banking needs, delivering a seamless customer experience
Processing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers & CommFX
Completing financial health checks to assess customers’ needs, identify any changes or needs for specific products or services
Assisting with Cash/ATM procedures
Educating and demonstrating of our in-branch technology and digital banking options for customers
Adhering to the Bank’s processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions, reviewing customers’ financial positions & championing our strong risk culture
