Job Description:
The EHR Implementation and Support Analyst will be primarily responsible for assisting physician practices in adoption, implementation, and optimization of Electronic Medical Record software at provider practices, as well as other key company and client data initiatives.
This candidate will be responsible for training and implementing Allscripts Professional Electronic Medical Record software. Candidate will be expected to work closely with the software vendor as well as physician practices resources in order meet go live deadlines and organize training agendas for each practice.
Essential Functions:
Provide oversight and coordination of Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation activities.
Lead/Support other key efforts related to HIT adoption and data aggregation of data across physician practices.
Provide oversight and coordination of Practice Management activities including Billing, Scheduling, and Front Desk Operations.
Perform root cause analysis, assess complex situations, seek collaborative solutions and prepare and present recommendations.
Provide training, in collaboration with Software Vendor as well as physician practice resources.
Collaborate with leadership, staff and partners to ensure coordinated delivery of services to clients. Work with cross-departmental teams to forward company and client efforts to adopt and use EHR technology.
Build and maintain relationships with physician practices as well as third party vendors.
Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations
Other duties as assigned
This Position is a Full Time – Hybrid work environment with Travel up to 50% of the time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
An established track record of leading successful, large-scale projects in a healthcare setting.
Strong computer skills, including word processing, Excel, Access and project management software & tools.
Experience working with physicians and physician office staff.
Experience working with Ambulatory EHR software and vendors.
Experience with Medical Billing processes from claims submissions to accounts receivables.
Knowledge of provider office workflow processes, healthcare delivery systems and healthcare trends.
Knowledge of government programs related to the adoption and use of health information systems including: MIPS, MSSP ACO, and Health Information Exchange.
Knowledge of business and project management principles.
Knowledge of quality improvement methods, tools and techniques.
Knowledge of the Health Information Technology environment, including legislation, HIT vendors and local environmental characteristics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of (3) three years of working with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
A Valid unrestricted drivers’ license
Reliable and insured vehicle
Home office that is HIPAA compliant for all remote or telecommuting positions as outlined by the company policies and procedures.
Salary Range:
$63,502- $117,936
