Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant - 2025

Pfizer, GBS-Dublin is looking for high caliber, enthusiastic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Accountant programme. This is a 3/3.5 year structured training programme run in association with Chartered Accountants Ireland. It offers graduates the opportunity to obtain the Chartered Accountant qualification in a large, diverse multinational company providing a variety of business experience.

The successful candidate will integrate into operational teams on a rotational basis to develop their operational experience. They will join one of the Global Financial Centres of Excellence (CoE's), or Regional Financial Services teams detailed below:

                                                                                                 

Global CoE’s:

  • Statutory Reporting
  • Operational Treasury
  • Operational Transfer Pricing
  • Indirect Tax

Regional Financial Services:

  • Record to Report Corporate Reporting
  • Concurrently graduates will complete their academic qualifications with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Ambition to train as a Chartered Accountant
  • Display a desire to work in Industry

Nice-to-Have:

  • CAP1 Exemptions
  • Proficiency in PC skills (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Self-starter, curious and motivated - flexible and open to change

 

Pay and Conditions:
