Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Tableau Visualization Engineer with advanced data modeling skills to join our team at Motorola Solutions. This role requires a Tableau expert who can architect sophisticated data models and create visualizations that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

As our Tableau Visualization Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for designing and implementing enterprise-level Tableau solutions within Sales organization. You'll work closely with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance teams to architect data models and develop visualization solutions that drive business value. You'll serve as a bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring our stakeholders have access to accurate, intuitive, and impactful analytics.

In this role you will: 

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop visually engaging data visualization solutions that are easy to understand, interpret and support business objectives

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data visualization best practices and standards.

• Identify opportunities for optimization of existing data visualization solutions.

• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of new and emerging data visualization tools and techniques.

• Communicate data and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field

• 4+ years of Tableau Desktop and Server/Cloud experience in an enterprise environment

• Advanced SQL proficiency

• Must have: Tableau (2+ years experience)

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS)

• C2 level verbal and written communication skills in English.
