Acts as a leading expert who is viewed as a valuable resource manages large projects or processes. Guides the execution of projects, programs, and processes that span multiple related areas in support of the organization's overall Manufacturing Process Improvement strategy. Applies comprehensive knowledge of the Manufacturing Process Improvement field to install best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

The role reports to site GM and is one member of site leadership team. The individual leads end to end manufacturing excellence to enhance quality, safety, compliance, and productivity. The individual drives cross functional collaboration ensures fast and effective problem solving for reliable supply while develop people capabilities in key production techniques and processes. Support site toll manufacturing model deployment and successful commercial production of CMO products. Contributes building up of site world-class capabilities.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities 具体岗位职责
This individual will be responsible for providing leadership in the following areas 该职位将负责如下领域：

• Develop site E2E manufacturing excellence annual plan and roadmap, drive the best delivery to meet site operational improvement objectives. 制定工厂端到端（E2E）卓越制造年度计划和路线图，带领跨部门团队有效实施，实现改善目标。
• Lead operation excellence and collaboration with site BE lead to promote JJPS & Kaizen project implementation to improve productivity. 引领运营卓越，并与工厂 BE 负责人协作，推动 JJPS 与 Kaizen 项目的开展与实施，以提升生产效率。
• Holistically diagnose the problems or negative trends triggered by NC/CAPA, site scorecard or tracking systems. Lead the cross functions for fast problem solving and continuous improvement. 全面诊断由 NC/CAPA、工厂记分卡或相关追踪系统引发的问题或负面趋势，领导跨职能团队实现快速问题解决和持续改进。
• o    Collaborate with site operation lead and proactively manage potential quality, safety and compliance risks. 与工厂运营负责人协作，主动管理潜在的质量、安全和合规风险。
• o    Improve manufacturing process robustness with collaboration of MSAT to define corrective/preventive actions and reduce recurrence NCs. Drive optimization of AQL and statistic methodology implementation in E2E manufacturing process. 与 MSAT 合作提升生产工艺的稳健性，制定改进措施，减少 NC 的重复发生。优化AQL规则及统计学方法在E2E生产过程中的应用。
• o    Improve reliability of packaging lines with collaboration of GET to reduce unplanned shutdown. Timely deliver the production orders and mitigate the quality risks caused by the equipment. 与 GET 团队协作提升制造设备、包装线的可靠性，减少非计划停机，满足生产订单的及时交付，降低由生产设备问题引发的质量风险。
• o    Work with Quality department, drive deep practice of investigation tools, risk assessment tools and improve efficiency of NC/CAPA, and change control, etc. quality management processes. 与质量部门合作，促进调查工具、风险评估工具的应用，提高 NC/CAPA 以及变更控制等质量管理流程的效率。
• Support site toll model system readiness with the site efficiencies and to achieve site competitive targets. 支持工厂委托加工业务模式，改善工厂运营效率，进而达到工厂的竞争力目标。
• Be responsible for Janova Master Data Review, provide data-based overview on equipment capacity & annual strategic capacity analysis.负责 Janova 主数据审核，基于数据提供设备产能概览及年度战略产能分析
• Supporting site strategic projects and NPI projects. Instructing the seamless transition from qualification or validation phase to commercial phase. 支持工厂战略性项目和 NPI 项目，并指导从确认/验证阶段向商业化阶段的顺畅衔接。
• As site manufacturing excellence expertise, develop professional SMEs in site manufacturing and packaging areas. 作为工厂制造卓越方面的专家，培养工厂在制造和包装领域的专业主题专家（SMEs）
• Take on the site or global assignments to enable business growth. 承担工厂或全球范围内的任务，以推动业务增长。

学位DEGREE:化学/制药/医药或相关管理学科的本科或以上学历；Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical / Medicine or a related scientific discipline. 
10 年以上制药行业工作经验 10 years working experiences in pharmaceutical industry 
12年以上跨国公司工作经验 More than 12 years working experiences in MNC
