Summary As a CC&B Application Security SMA (TDUM) role focuses on managing and securing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and robust security protocols Roles & Responsibilities: -Oversee the implementation of security protocols within the CC&B application, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. -Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data. -Monitor the CC&B system for security breaches or anomalies and coordinate incident response efforts when necessary -Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation related to the CC&B application. Professional & Technical Skills: -Strong understanding of CC&B architecture, security configurations, and integration points with other systems -Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanners and intrusion detection systems. -Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential security vulnerabilities. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Information 3–5 years of experience in application security, preferably with Oracle Utilities CC&B systems. -Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -This position is based at our Bangalore office.
