The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Recruitment Team as well as will be involved in employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting job ads on job boards, social media, university career hubs etc.

  • Updating our recruitment system, trackers etc.

  • Opening job reqs

  • Managing communication with candidates and 3rd parties through our Recruitment mailboxes

  • Scheduling screening calls and interviews with internal and external candidates

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers

  • Reviewing job applications

  • Processing offers in the system

  • Supporting recruiters with reporting

  • Supporting employer branding initiatives

  • Other recruitment related tasks as required

Job Requirements for the role

Education:

  • University Student - extramural studies preferred (Sociology, Psychology, Management or similar)

Experience:

  • Completed internship in an office or corporate environment will be an asset

Personal skills:

  • Very good English skills (min. B2 level)

  • Good Excel skills would be an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and well organized.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable and dependable.

  • Approachable.

  • Takes ownership of designated tasks.
