- Provide insights to the business and drive key learnings and recommendations using available internal and external data specifically around Service Retention and related KPI’s.
- Assist in development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily using SQL, Python, Informatica Prep, Snowflake, and SAP Business Objects. Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data using extraction tools.
- Understand and utilize tools to store data effectively within the data mart or data lake solutions, online analytical processing, as well as maintaining data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information by the end user body.
- Conduct end user tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Capable of participating in the ongoing iterative development process of the team’s projects.
- Participate in gathering requirements to improving existing systems from teams within the business to streamline workflow and processes.
- Document processes and terms in an electronic data glossary.
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, specifically data residing in source systems.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects while working both independently and effectively in teams.

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced analytical skills required.
- Automotive Aftersales Service Retention and Service Retention drivers or related knowledge required. Understanding of US Market and dealer Service operations required.
- Advanced ETL capabilities using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS to data mine Aftersales business insights and create data pipelines to support business use-case execution
- Knowledge of NNA Systems highly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Years of Experience:
- Experienced in development of Performance Scorecard/KPI related dashboards related to Automotive Service Retention analysis. Experience in designing effective data models, trend forecasts, and visualizations of analytics related to Automotive Service Retention.
- Proficiency in SQL / Python required. Relational database modeling fundamentals required. Experienced with ETL Self-Service Applications desired. Web Development is a plus.
- 5+ years of directly related professional-level experience required. Aftersales & Service Marketing experience is +plus.
- Technical automotive parts experience beneficial.
3. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology. Master’s degree preferred.
- Advanced English
4. Specific Course/Certifications
- Advanced knowledge of data-related end-user desktop applications (e.g. Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Proficient with mainframe applications to resolve complex problems in day to day situations. Technical and/or programming experience preferred.
