Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with good technical skills and team spirit to join our efforts of continuously improve our trading product.
We highly value: code reviews, performance improvement ideas, automated testing, continuous integration/delivery practices.
Challenges you can expect: design efficient algorithms for processing high volume market data, optimize our client/server interaction, refactoring, shorten the release cycle.

Responsibilities
Implement features from the design phase to production
Client/server development (C# for client, Java for server)
Performance and memory profiling
Optimize processing in a multithreading environment
Reactive programming
Improve the automated tests
Do TDD/pair/mob programming
Apply a continuous delivery mindset
Your profile
3 to 5 years of experience in Java/ C# development - .Net Framework (4.8 and above) or .Net (5.0 and above)
Computer science (or related) academic qualification
Familiar with OOP and/or functional programming (Scala,Kotlin) in an environment with challenging performance demands
Knowledge in core C# Programming Concepts and experience in desktop development is an advantage. (WinForms or WP)
Good understanding of the server components and concepts
Capable of designing and developing new functionalities, as well as consistently supporting ongoing maintenance releases
Self-motivated to learn, strives for innovations that drive the technological community
Team player with good communication skills, with an excellent level of English proficiency
Understand and help the Agile environment
