  • Drive Key Account Planning (KAP) and embed Launch Excellence (LeX) to maximize account coverage, successful launches and lifecycle profitability.
  • Build and sustain senior relationships with surgeons, hospital leaders and C‑suite stakeholders; lead major contract negotiations.
  • Translate national strategy into regional plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and execution at account level.
  • Foster a collaborative, franchise‑led culture focused on continuous improvement and above‑market growth.

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualification (undergraduate minimum); postgraduate or formal marketing qualification highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing or related commercial roles with a proven track record.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting and business metrics.

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver key initiatives, drive accountability and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and working effectively in a complex, cross‑functional matrix environment.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and change, with experience in turn‑around or transformation programs.
