About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and innovative CRO and UX Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving conversion rates and enhancing user experiences through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user experience design, conversion optimization, and a deep understanding of analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies that align with business goals and user needs, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.

  • Hands-On Design: Create user-centered designs by developing interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance user experiences and drive conversions.

  • User Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior patterns and pain points through session recordings and analytics to develop actionable insights that improve overall user experience.

  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives, including designing experiments and analyzing results to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences based on empirical data.

  • Iterative Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, iteratively refine strategies and designs, and implement changes that enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic insights, design concepts, and CRO initiatives to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind decisions and fostering alignment across teams.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, ensuring that strategies are informed by competitive analysis and user insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design and conversion rate optimization.

  • Strong expertise in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies for design and optimization.

  • Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user personas and journeys.

  • A diverse portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects and successful CRO case studies.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and clients.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

  • A/B testing platform experience

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
