Per la regione Veneto stiamo cercando uno Specialist Representative da inserire nella BU Specialty Care di GSK.

L’informatore Scientifico dovrà riferire all’impresa le osservazioni che emergono dal colloquio con l'Operatore Sanitario e, in particolare, di riportare tempestivamente tutte le informazioni sulle sospette reazioni avverse dei farmaci al Responsabile della Farmacovigilanza.

Il candidato selezionato lavorerà nell’ambito del Servizio Scientifico aziendale e collaborerà con:

  • Operatori Sanitari

  • Medici Specialisti (Otorini, Pneumologi, Allergologi e Reumatologi )

  • Medica (eg. Regional Medical Managers)

  • Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions

  • KAM

  • RAM

  • Marketing

  • Responsabile Servizio Scientifico

  • Responsabile Farmacovigilanza

Sarà inoltre responsabile di:

  • Aggiornare costantemente le proprie conoscenze scientifiche e di ruolo e di prendere attivamente e coscienziosamente parte alla formazione scientifica erogata dall’impresa anche con il supporto degli strumenti/ruoli aziendali;

  • Identificare – anche attraverso lo scambio informativo con i colleghi di territorio - i fabbisogni di informazione scientifica degli Operatori Sanitari del proprio portafoglio;

  • Garantire una comunicazione efficace e coerente con i bisogni degli Operatori Sanitari, pianificando e organizzando l’attività di informazione scientifica in coerenza con il Call Plan definito dalle strutture aziendali;

  • Proporre al proprio Area Manager iniziative di formazione/aggiornamento scientifico per gli Operatori Sanitari integrative del colloquio individuale in ottemperanza alla normativa vigente e al modello commerciale di GSK;

  • Salvaguardare la reputazione aziendale attraverso comportamenti improntati al rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei valori codici e regolamenti aziendali (Codice Etico, procedure, etc.);

  • Ottemperare agli adempimenti amministrativi o di legge richiesti dall’Azienda entro i tempi stabiliti (nota spese, note scarico saggi, etc.);

Why You? 

Requisiti essenziali: 

Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze: 

  • Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica con indirizzo organico o biologico, Farmacia, ecc. (vedi Decreto-legge 219/2006 e successivi aggiornamenti);

  • Esperienza in ruolo analogo e consolidata conoscenza del target specialistico e MMG;

  • Residenza: Veneto

  • Familiarità con strumenti del pacchetto office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel) e canali di comunicazioni digitali (E-mail, remote interview).

  •  buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Requisiti preferenziale:

Le seguenti competenze costituiranno un plus:

  • Esperienza consolidata come Specialist Representative nell’ambito allergologico, immunologico, otorinolaringoiatra, pneumologico e reumatologico

  • Conoscenza ed introduzione nel territorio zona di lavoro;

  • Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese;

  • Team-oriented con eccellenti capacità communicative e abilità a lavorare in un contesto a matrice e crossfunzionale.
