The vision of KLA’s global human resources organization is to become a leader and partner to operating leadership in support of the company’s efforts to achieve its strategic growth, customer and operating objectives through strategic talent management. Our mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

🔹 Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Build and manage a high-performing recruitment function, including internal teams and external partnerships.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity representation) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with internal governance and external labor regulations.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

🔹 Talent Development & Organization Development

  • Ensure that the design of training initiatives is consistent and relevant with company needs and expectations
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions, conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
  • Evaluate both organizational and individual learning and development needs
  • Develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
  • Design solutions, both in-house and with expert third parties, which includes a blended approach to learning (coaching, classroom training, 1:1 session, action learning, etc.)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided using quantitative and qualitative indicators
  • Executes projects and at times provides analysis and direction within a defined development plan.
  • Analyze data and elaborate proposals as input to new projects
  • Manage the assigned budget
  • Design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. all employee team building workshops) as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Adult Learning, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, or OD within multinational organizations.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic talent initiatives and managing cross-functional HR projects.
  • Experience in designing and executing culture integration programs for merged or transforming companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English; Korean proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in coaching, facilitation, or instructional design.
  • Exposure to global HR practices and cross-cultural environments.
  • Passion for innovation in talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
