Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance system performance. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and infrastructure. - Knowledge of network configurations and storage solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
