WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Expert, Incident Management, to join our European Headquarters and EMEA team within NIKE’s Resilience function. This role will be responsible for implementing the incident management process for EMEA, a highly sophisticated environment that supports the global strategy. The successful candidate will help implement and deploy strategies across all critical business functions based in the EMEA, including Supply Chain, Corporate, Retail, and Manufacturing operations. 

This individual will liaise with various functions to scope, develop, maintain and improve Incident Management processes and procedures. Through systematic coordination and execution, this role will facilitate the Incident Management process to ensure the resiliency of the business.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role’s responsibilities will be (including, but not limited to):

-  Driving commitment, support, ownership, accountability, and results for Incident Management in EMEA

-  Foster a culture of resilience through planning, education, training, and analytics

-  Identify and partner with the business to design and implement incident response strategies that mitigate or reduce disruption in EMEA

-  Validate, test, and identify gaps in incident management strategies and communicate results to leadership

-  Align with incident management teams across the geography to ensure successful response and recovery of operations within an acceptable timeframe

-  Capacity to lead incident management team activations when required

-  Foster relationships throughout the business to advance resilience strategies and objectives


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Director of Global Security Programs, and supports the EMEA geography. This role will work closely with global Incident Management leaders to align on standard processes and benchmarking. This role is based at ELC in Laakdal Belgium.


WHAT YOU BRING
-  Possess an understanding of strategy implementation, matrixed environments, and prioritization

-  Proficiency or mastery of the principles of Incident Management, to include mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery

-  Develop cross-functional engagement to get results within the Global Security program, internally and externally

-  Demonstrate an ability to translate strategic business priorities to resiliency goals

-  Adjust the scope of the program based on strategic priorities driven by the voice of the partners

-  High tolerance for ambiguity and a capability for self-directed work

-  Ability to simplify complex reporting concepts and requirements 

-  Ability to effectively communicate program goals, values, obstacles, and priorities across the business to gain the right level of participation and input from key areas

The qualified candidate will possess and/or be able to demonstrate: 

-  Demonstrated ability leading, developing, and implementing incident management strategies, including conducting response and recovery operations

-Proven experience managing cross-functional program and/or complex, enterprise projects

-Proven experience with business technology applications; Salesforce, AlertMedia, Tableau, preferred

-  Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to create and deliver training, exercises, and presentations

-  Proficient in core technology applications; Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, and AirTable

-  Skilled in developing high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across multiple business functions and geographies

-  Ability to make decisions in fast paced environments

-  Serve as a subject matter expert in the fields of incident management and incident response

-  Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
