The Opportunity:
 

CACI has a need to add an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to its engineering team in Albuquerque. The selected candidate will perform independent work and contributes to a team in support of multiple customers/projects. 


Responsibilities:
  • supporting the operational capability of senior leadership and  Experience with the implementation of complex engineering solutions for critical systems and capabilities, engineering and implementation of C4 systems, operations and maintenance of systems and subsystems.
  • Experience in the design, engineering and implementation of technologies and interfaces specifically supporting facilities.
  • Work with a broad range of internal teams/users to both recommend and help implement new hardware and software in a lab environment.
  • Ensures customer systems, maintain their Authority to Operate (ATOs) with a security posture in accordance with NIST guidance.
  •  Adheres to information systems assurance programs and control guidelines.
  •  Confers with and advises technical team on administrative/technical policies and procedures as well as resolving technical problems, priorities, and methods.
  • Ensures all relevant cyber security considerations are integrated into systems engineering and design processes.
  •  Conducts technical vulnerability assessments and assists system administrators with applying security patches; validates changes.
  •  Conducts quality control reviews of security assessments prior to submittal.
  •  Evaluates potential IA security risks and recommends corrective action.
  • Maintains applicable baseline security controls from NIST SP 800-53 and CNSSI 1253 for multiple systems.
  • Interact with development and test teams to coordinate system upgrades and test cycles.
  • Create, update, and assess compliance of system ATO packages.
  • Work with multiple Authorizing Officials (AOs).

Qualifications:

Required: 
  • Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility Clearance (US Citizenship required)
  • 3+ years’ experience working in Cyber Security
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification
  • ACAS and HBSS experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of VMware
  • STIG implementation
  • Xacta experience
  • IC and DoD policies, procedures, and operating instructions related to IT, IA, and IM
Desired:
  • Experience writing SSPs, RARs, SCTMs, and Test Plans
  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) experience
  • Master’s Degree in a technical field

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$54,600 - $112,000
