Job Description:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

As an EMEA CRM Operations Admin, you will have the opportunity to explore new ideas and collaborate with innovative and diverse colleagues across the globe.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  •  Monitoring CRM work queues, managing incoming requests, and resolving issues within SLA timelines
  •  Managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, public groups, and queues
  • Identifying data quality and process improvement opportunities, analyzing delays, and recommending corrective actions
  • Supporting team strategy, business transitions, and preparing metric reports and ad hoc analyses
  • Training and consulting internal stakeholders; overseeing end‑to‑end processes and escalating issues when necessary
  • Managing CRM‑related projects, delivering assigned tasks within SLA
  • Participating in system implementations and testing; performing other CRM‑related tasks as assigned
     

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates with:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of customer service experience, including 2–3 years in a similar CRM‑related role
  •  Strong English proficiency; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus
  •  Practical experience with Salesforce; familiarity with SAP,  and JIRA is an advantage
  •  Beneficial knowledge of Supply Chain, Master Data, or Sales processes
  • Strong teamwork, communication, training and presentation skills; ability to work in a structured, compliance‑driven environment
  • A proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented approach, with strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage complex tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively in multicultural environments
  • A strong customer service ethic; customer focused attitude
  • CRM‑related certifications are an asset

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Strong project management capabilities; ideally with project leadership

Job specifics:

  • Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
  • Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
