CRM製品の営業サポート業務を担当します。CRM製品の導入促進や市場拡大に貢献する重要なポジションです。本ポジションでは、主に営業/マーケティングチーム連携しながら、医療施設との信頼関係を構築し、営業活動を通じて当社製品の普及を推進するとともに、営業現場での顧客サポートや広域イベントを企画/運営し安全かつ効果的な製品導入促進と新たな市場拡大実現を目指します。

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”

1. 営業活動（新規導入・拡販）

• CRM製品の新規導入施設の開拓および市場拡大
• 医療機関（循環器内科、脳神経内外科、心臓血管外科等）への営業活動
• 既存顧客との関係強化およびシェアUPの提案
• 医師・医療従事者のニーズを把握し、最適な企画提案
• 競合情報の収集および市場動向の分析
   

2. トレーニングおよび教育活動

• 医師、看護師、臨床工学技士向けのCRM製品の単独実施のための企画提供
• ワークショップ、セミナー、ハンズオンセッションの企画・運営
• 最新の臨床情報、ガイドライン、技術に関する情報提供
   

3. 社内外の連携・プロジェクト参加

• 営業チームと連携し、製品導入およびマーケット拡大を推進
• マーケティング・教育部門と協力し、製品の改良や新規プロモーション戦略を策定
• 規制・コンプライアンスを遵守しながら業務を遂行

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 医療機器営業
• 出張対応可能な方（全国対応の可能性あり）
• 日本語ネイティブレベル

Skills/Knowledge

• 医療従事者との信頼関係を構築し、ニーズを引き出す営業スキル

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Nice to Haves

Job Experience

• 医療機器クリニカルサポートの経験（特に不整脈関連領域）
• 臨床環境（手術室、カテーテル室）での業務経験
• 医療機器のトレーニングや教育経験

Skills/Knowledge

• 不整脈/心不全の知識や関連資格（臨床工学技士、看護師、臨床検査技師など）
• 不整脈/循環器/心臓血管外科領域での経験
