Collaborate on POA Execution: Work closely with the manager to implement the agreed Plan of Action (POA) aligned with the marketing strategy.
Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with HCPs and foster effective internal collaboration.
Organize Scientific Events: Plan and execute scientific meetings and events to effectively disseminate product information.
Demonstrate Market Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product(s), market dynamics, key stakeholders, and competitors.
Manage Budget Responsibly: Operate within the agreed budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the General hospital channel
Experience in the osteoporosis market preferred
Residence in the Gwangju / Jeonju area preferred
Strong skills in territory planning, sales analysis, and driving sales excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English is preferred
