Job Description

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the Korea Transaction Team in executing real estate transactions across various asset classes, participating in the full investment lifecycle.
  • Conduct detailed financial underwriting, including cash flow modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario testing to support investment decisions.
  • Support transaction documentation processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, and consultants).
  • Prepare internal investment memoranda and committee materials (e.g., IC papers), and actively participate in internal discussions and approvals.
  • Support the team of end-to-end deal execution (A to Z), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the firm’s investment strategy and risk framework.

Requirement for the Role: 

  • Minimum 2-year experience in real estate or similar role within alternatives industry
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented personality with a high level of professionalism and willingness to excel
  • Excellent time management skills
