Job Description:
Global Banking & Markets Tax Project Manager to manage delivering compliance to new and existing global tax regulation across three primary categories; US Information Reporting & Withholding, Non-US Information Reporting & Withholding and Indirect Taxes.
Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
∙ Knowledge and Understanding of US Tax Withholding and Reporting concepts.
∙ Proven record of delivering complex projects to plan.
∙ Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
∙ Knowledge of structured project management methods
∙ Experience of requirements gathering and test preparation
∙ Experience of working in Financial Service
∙ Experience in business analysis and project management, including development of formal business requirements documents (BRDs) and / or Agile epics/stories and business process flows as well as functional requirements for technology solutions
∙Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a story; leveraging analysis to identify and solve business problems by creating actionable recommendations
∙Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to facilitate and lead remote, cross-functional, cross-location meetings
∙Ability to effectively build and maintain strong internal/external relationships and the courage to influence and challenge when necessary
∙Detail oriented, intellectually curious, and self-driven; ability to think independently
∙Ability to work within an environment with a variety of opinions and priorities and be able to get to a resolution and agreement
∙ Ability to formulate outputs derived from projects into concise and insightful presentations
∙Ability to multi-task and efficiently negotiate changing priorities and responsibilities
∙Expert knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
