Leidos Digital Modernization sector has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator supporting E-Discovery/Records Management on the CITS contract for USCENTCOM. The position is based in Tampa, Florida.
In this role, you will be expected to perform regular maintenance of Windows servers, including patching and remediation. The current toolset, aside from the OS, that the position will utilize includes Content Manager, Control Point, and Active Navigation.

We are seeking a Systems Administrator with a background in troubleshooting Windows 2019/2022 Operating Systems. It would be of benefit if you possess knowledge of VMware, Dell Isilons, McAfee security suite, as well as Content Manager, Control Point, and Active Navigation; however, it is not required and can be trained.
What will you do in this role?
You will troubleshoot issues within the e-discovery suite, as well as the operating system and perform patching. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the certificate lifecycle management processes for web servers and secure communication channels. To be successful, you need a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to server performance, security, and availability. You will demonstrate and uphold compliance with all applicable security policies, regulations, and best practices is paramount. In addition you will collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with command requirements is both expected and required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Building, deploying, and maintaining the E-Discovery application suite (Content Manager/Control Point/Active Navigation)
Tuning system performance and maintaining system documentation.
Installing proprietary software/implementing critical system patches.
Interacting with end-users and evaluating vendor products to develop functional requirements for enhancements and changes.
Interfacing with third-party vendors for troubleshooting calls.
Scheduling, planning, and overseeing system upgrades.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and remediating a variety of systems issues which may not have previously documented solutions.
Reviewing and preparing documentation for systems, tests, and process guides.
Supporting projects for a variety of initiatives to enhance the efficiency, capability, or security of the environment.
Collaborating with other enterprise IT teams to address operational requirements.
Ensuring problems are tracked and escalated at the proper priority level.
Producing various datasets and informational packets to management to support ongoing efforts for process improvements.
These qualifications are required:
5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years’ experience with a Master’s degree, or 7 years’ experience with an Associates’ degree, or 9 years’ experience with a High School/General Education Development diploma.
One or more of the following active certifications: A+, or CND, or Network+, or Security+.
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience in systems administration and infrastructure management.
Understanding of Certificate Lifecycle Management
Ability to review, modify, and prepare comprehensive documentation for systems administration tasks such as system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Current US Passport for exercise travel. Travel will be up to 10% to OCONUS locations.
These qualifications are preferred:
Microsoft Windows Hybrid Administrator
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission
Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment
Experience working in cross-functional IT teams and projects.
Experience working with Records Management tools.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks.
