Audio Visual Technician  

Your role

You'll be a part of our IT team based in Sydney, where you'll play a critical role in delivering seamless video conferencing experiences and supporting client meetings in a leading professional services environment.

As an AV Technician you will:

  • Maintain and optimise advanced AV and video conferencing solutions across all offices, including premium client-facing meeting spaces.
  • Work closely with IT Operations, Facilities, Marketing & Client Services and external vendors to deliver exceptional AV experiences.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledgebase articles.
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware needs, including asset management, laptop re-imaging, and coordinating repair requests.
  • Ensure operational oversight of all assets and manage the incident lifecycle, including escalations.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

About you

You will have:

  • Strong knowledge of AV networking, signal flow, and integration with IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with Crestron AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and enterprise video conferencing solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Crestron certification or equivalent AV industry credentials are highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
