• <point>Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks across markets, and consolidate findings to support decision-making and impact estimations.</point>
• <point>Maintain a high level of rigour and consistency in documenting findings, ensuring clarity, traceability, and usability.</point>
• <point>Conduct targeted external research when needed and continuously improve research frameworks, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.</point>
