Position Purpose

The Analyst will be part of the CEO’s Office team, supporting the Founder & CEO with corporate development, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day BAU tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Support the organization in strategic organic and inorganic initiatives

  • Provide and facilitate internal communications, serving as a liaison within functions as well as requests in and out of the CEO’s Office

  • Participate in senior management meetings and support senior management meetings with necessary communications, support materials, and follow-up on action items

  • Oversee the preparation of reporting to senior management and external stakeholders, including shareholders and the Board

  • Conduct data-driven and qualitative analysis to provide recommendations

  • Support M&A projects, investor relations, debt-financing, and organic initiatives

  • Conduct thematic research on market trends, competitor landscape, and client verticals

  • Assist in financial modeling for financial projections

  • Draft communications to strategic stakeholders such as investors, advisors, key clients, and partners

  • Work closely with various business units to manage key operational dashboards and KPIs, including monitoring and reviewing progress

  • Day-to-day BAU support in terms of expense clearing and other administrative tasks

Knowledge

  • 0-6 months experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4)

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree

  • Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
