Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans and programs aligned with business goals (leads, MQLs, revenue). You will help take new demand generation initiatives and figure out how to make them a reality.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey. 
  • Manage PPC and paid social campaigns in partnership with an external agency.
  • Work with product marketing to tie Incident IQ personas to specific customer needs and preferences to deploy in relevant lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Interpret campaign performance metrics to best optimize your campaigns.

They are responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all aspects of a marketing campaign, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy and achieves its goals.

  1. Team Management:
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate efforts among team members involved in the campaign.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to the campaign team.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, including target audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, channel selection, and budget allocation.
    • Ensure alignment between campaign strategies and overall marketing and business goals.
  3. Performance Tracking:
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
    • Identify trends and insights to adjust strategies and maximize campaign performance.
  4. Reporting to Leadership:
    • Present detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
    • Communicate campaign impact on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contributions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in MarTech tools and platforms.
  • Strong expertise in project and process management.
  • Proficient in digital advertising, including paid search, social media, and programmatic.
  • Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

First 90 Days:

  • Evaluate the existing campaign team, including skills, roles, and effectiveness.
  • Clearly define and outline roles and responsibilities within the campaign team.
  • Assess the current campaign processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze historical campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of demand generation experience in a SaaS business (industry experience a plus).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with Sales management.
  • Deep understanding of funnel measures (LTV to CAC, MQL to Opp, etc.) and how those translate to initiative and business success.
  • Experience with a broad array of marketing channels, including, but not limited to, SEM and Paid Social, CRO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and more.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the proven ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important, particularly an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity.
