Job Objectives
This position is responsible for supporting the Global Reinsurance Officer in the oversight and execution of successful treaty placements tailored to global commercial casualty lines of business. Review existing treaty structures and recommend alternative structures and areas where integration would be accretive to the organization. The role partners closely with the global commercial casualty underwriting teams, ensuring that reinsurance strategies and program structures are aligned with underwriting targets and enterprise risk management objectives. Additional responsibilities include coordination of facultative reinsurance strategies and controls relevant to casualty exposures.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is up to $250,000.
