The ERP Technical Program Manager, will be a key member of the Supply Chain Operations team.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • The ERP Technical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the ERP transformation program. This involves managing stakeholders, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives throughout the transformation journey.
  • Oversee transformational projects from planning to execution and monitoring. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to milestones. Coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively
  • Primary interface between business stakeholders and the IT team, translating business requirements related to CPQ, Order Fulfillment, MRP, Global ATP, Advanced Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Global Trade Management, New Product Introduction and ESG functions into technical specifications for ERP systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend standard ERP solutions for seamless integration and optimization of end-to-end supply chain operations as a Global Process Owner.
  • Lead ERP implementation and upgrade initiatives, offering expertise in supply chain functions and aligning business goals with technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance
  • Work closely with  external partners, system integrators, and business partners to collect requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference.
  • Develop change management plans  to facilitate successful adoption of new processes  and technologies through execution of communication plans, training materials 
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Product, and Sales Operations teams to oversee strategic Lead to Cash projects, providing SME support
  • Independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices while being comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify objectives, KPIs, and key metrics of success to measure project/program progress.
  • Manage and solve scope creep, change management, and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Identify and effectively manage risks by unblocking issues, providing a systematic means to track execution, and drive escalations up to the senior leadership team to resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 12+ years of effective program management experience leading cross functional, transformational ERP projects/programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree preferred
  • Project Management certification(s) required (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their integration with business processes
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools related to Supply Chain Management software and tools .
  • Project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management.
  • Strong experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid project implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and business impact to team members, stakeholders, senior leadership, and C-level executives in a manner that is readily understandable and actionable.
  • Organizational change expertise , with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to drive and make business decisions.
  • Requires strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, excellent verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Highly analytical, fact driven, and is process-oriented.
  • As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $145,000– $218,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
