  • Develop, define and implement marketing, product and channel strategy together with Sales Manager and KAM’s with focus on growth, implementing Price/Volume actions and White Space analysis, in line with European Product Management to maximize the potential of brands in STANLEY

  • Setting and implementing promotional strategy, long and short-term marketing plans 

  • Full responsibility on new products and promotions 

  • Multichannel trade / regional portfolio management 

  • Introducing promotions, new products, concepts, displays, etc. 

  • Organizing events, catalogues, fairs, translations 

  • Close cooperation with digital and social media manager  

  • Budget management including purchase orders process and allocate/invest funds to achieve best ROI 

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals 

  • Competition activities monitoring, market analyses, close cooperation with sales team and marketing team from CE countries and also CEE region 

  • Creation of pricing policy according to company guidelines, pricing process and price lists development and implementation 

  • Working with our agency partners, help define and shape our media and creative strategies to best reflect stated business objectives and efficiently help drive opinion and differentiation 

  • Administrate various tasks – system updates, pricing set up, … 

  • Analyze the market and competition to identify new channels, customers, partners  

  • Regular customer meetings and visits
