Drive Product Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the planning, management, and execution of promotional campaigns for Islamic deposit products, ensuring timely and effective implementation to achieve ambitious targets for CASA balances and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Manage the acquisition of new CASA accounts, focusing on achieving growth targets and strong response rates through meticulous planning and execution.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential distribution channels.
- Facilitate the approval process for all marketing programs and campaigns with key stakeholders, including the Deposit Committee, ALCO, Senior Management, and Shariah.
Enhance Product Development & Growth:
- Support the expansion of sales channels, including digital platforms, third-party partnerships, and new initiatives to meet overall business growth targets.
- Develop and manage differentiated promotional programs and campaigns tailored for various sales channels and specific customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with IT and PFS Digital teams to roll out enhancements and new initiatives that boost CASA balances, expand sales channels, and improve the customer experience.
- Seek Digitalization opportunities for CASA products to drive growth and efficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our Islamic deposit product proposition.
- Develop dedicated segment strategies and marketing plans for key customer groups, including New-to-Bank (NTB), Existing-to-Bank (ETB) with a focus on promoting Islamic products for the Bumi segment.
Analyze Performance & Report Insights:
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance and competitor activities, proactively proposing ideas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare and analyze post-campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights into customer segments, promotional strategies, and their effectiveness in driving business direction.
- Communicate regularly with branches regarding campaign progress and product sales achievements.
- Prepare presentations for management meetings, providing clear updates on product performance and operational activities.
Support Daily Operations:
- Address daily inquiries from branches via calls and emails concerning Deposit-i products and system-related issues.
- Assist branches in resolving issues, coordinating with the Business Automation team as needed.
- Monitor deposit movements to ensure strict compliance with established procedures.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required to support HLISB's objectives.
