About the Role

The key objective is to execute, administer and follow up on the usual business functions on a timely manner with a focus on incremental growth in business while ensuring sustainability of Agency Business through Quality Assurance and Compliance to Regulations. To be the liaising point to the respective stakeholders with regards to these usual business functions.

1. To assist in assessing and processing of Sales & Marketing Activities application

  • Conduct assessment and processing of sales & marketing activities such as 3rd Party Tie-up event, Introducer activities, Client event and worksite event.
  • Conduct screening and checks on participating reps’ compliance record and completion of e-module.

2. Managing and reviewing of collaterals and marketing materials

  • Ensure that the marketing materials are in accordance to the Company’s checklist and requirement.
  • To work with other internal stakeholders to conduct review of marketing materials and ensure review completed within the TAT.
  • To issue approval code once all internal stakeholders’ queries has been completed.

3. To assist in validating and processing of invoices and receipts for Sales & Marketing activities.

  • Ensure receipts that are relevant to the activities are validated.
  • Assist in preparing monthly processing of invoices to finance for reimbursement to agency leaders.

4. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Conduct data analysis to identify any trends to provide business insights, implement controls to tighten processes.
  • Update latest resources to BQ’s iKNOW site
  • To assist in any other ad-hoc projects that requires Department’s involvement
