The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Federal Information System Controls Audit Manager (FISCAM) Audit support Analyst to join our team at USMC Headquarters in Stafford, VA. If you are looking for you next challenge in your career with a highly skill development team, CACI would like to speak with you.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement IT corrective action plans (CAPs) for self-identified deficiencies (SIDs) and external IPA findings

  • The ability to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues is important in all aspects of this role.

  • Perform CAP validation testing for completed remediation activities

  • Creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for FISCAM implementation at the OS, DB, and Application layers

  • Perform baseline review assessments (e.g., FISCAM and FFMIA) to assess system readiness and remediate identified deficiencies

  • Creates project schedules needed to manage complex audit related activities. Resolves interrelated Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) through the design of a Consolidated Action Plan (CAP).

  • Prepares responses to various IA audits and security inspection questions. Participates during audits and serves as technical liaison for audit team(s) to obtain passing and satisfactory audit results in the IA compliance area.

  • Report ad-hoc for IT metrics and measures

This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task.  You must be able to work collaboratively with our project team in an Agile environment to ensure we are implementing optimal solutions for our customers. Qualifications:

Required: 

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university

  • At least 6 years of professional experience providing audit support to Federal government.

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience: Conducting or participating in internal and external audits, specifically the IT portion

  • Creating custom standard operating procedures (SOP) for FISCAM implementation at the OS, DB, and Application layers

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Addressing audit related taskers and Notifications of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs).

  • Creating projects schedules needed to manage complex audit related activities. 1+ years' experience working with NIST and FISCAM controls

  • Ability to understand business processes in order to develop and implement new controls to mitigate or remediate identified IT audit gaps

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
