Job Description:

The Program Manager oversees all programmatic activities for the Microsoft Garage in Silicon Valley, including innovation events, project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery of hands-on learning and creator experiences. This role manages prototype project cycles, workshop logistics, hackathons, and strategic engagement activities with Microsoft engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver workshops, hackathons, demos, and engagement programs at the Garage Silicon Valley.

  • Manage prototype project intake, scoping, milestones, and communication between DXC and Microsoft stakeholders.

  • Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications.

  • Track program performance, engagement metrics, and participant feedback to improve future offerings.

  • Work with Program Managers, Lab Managers, Learning PMs, and engineering partners to maintain consistent program delivery quality across all Garage sites.

  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft operational and safety standards.

  • Support special initiatives such as startup incubators, student programs, and AI learning events as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years experience in program management, innovation operations, or event management.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience supporting technical or creative environments preferred.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $88,200 - $163,900.
