We're looking for an ambitious, entry-level talent ready to skip the basic cold-calling grind and become a pivotal player in our Identity segment, which includes cutting-edge Identity Verification and our Signhost E-Signature solutions.

Every week, hundreds of new organizations start using our free products. Your mission? To be the strategic growth engine that turns these warm, engaged users into our high-value, long-term customers. What You'll Be Doing (Your Strategic Mission)

You won't be dialing random numbers. Your focus will be on our warmest leads: existing freemium users. This is a masterclass in modern, strategic sales development.

  • Become a PLG Conversion Expert: You will learn to use a combination of personalized, qualitative outreach and sophisticated automation to strategically engage our highly-engaged user base. The ultimate goal is to generate qualified opportunities and drive significant, measurable revenue growth.

  • Own the Growth Funnel: You'll play a crucial role in optimizing the entire freemium-to-paid customer journey. You'll work directly with our Marketing and Product teams, giving you a rare, cross-functional understanding of the business that accelerates career progression.

  • Drive Dual Product Lines: You'll gain experience supporting two distinct, high-demand products (Identity Verification and E-Signature), learning to tailor strategies for both SMB and Enterprise-level clients.

Core Skills You Will Master

This role is designed to teach you the most valuable skills in modern B2B SaaS sales:

  • Freemium Conversion Strategy: Master the art of converting engaged users directly to paid accounts or qualifying them as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

  • Funnel Optimization: Learn to continuously analyze and improve the conversion path, becoming a key contributor to our Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnels.

  • High-Impact Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted, scalable outbound campaigns across two major product lines, giving you broad experience early in your career.

  • Strategic Ownership: You will be entrusted with managing and driving the entire PLG process for our segment in the next fiscal year, giving you early ownership and a platform to make a huge impact.

What We're Looking For (Your Foundation)

We value ambition, drive, and the willingness to learn over just years of experience.

  • Essential Language Skills: Fluency in both Dutch and English (verbal and written) is absolutely essential for this role. You will be engaging directly with Dutch-speaking prospects and customers.

  • Experience & Drive: You have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales Development, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or a fast-paced B2B environment). If you've been working with customers and are ready to transition into a strategic sales career, we want to hear from you.

  • Business Acumen: A natural ability to understand a customer's business need and clearly articulate how our products can help them.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce) or sales engagement tools is a strong bonus, but your willingness to learn is more important.

  • Team Player: A genuine interest in collaborating across teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to achieve shared goals.
