What kind of work may be involved?

  • Assist with daily stock receipting, coding, ordering, and cyclical stock takes.
  • Create and process jobs, job cards, invoices, credit notes, and sales orders.
  • Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide sales administration support.
  • Promote products and services to maximise sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor job costings to ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.
  • Support branch operations including freight management, dispatch, and general workshop/yard upkeep.
  • Assist with operational tasks as required, including picking, packing, deliveries, forklift operation, and supplier collections.

Ideal skills & experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Product and industry knowledge (desirable).
  • Physically fit as lifting and stacking heavy items required
  • Full and current NZ Drivers licence.
  • Forklift experience
